In this case the location complement is placed after the verb ("lives in..."). The usual form, with the verb in the end, is more correct but could create confusion when reading, due to the length of the complement.
Also note that when there are several items, the order is from "big" to "small". This is obvious here for the addresses (first the city, then the street, then the house number, then the room number) and will appear in next units for dates (year, month, day).
